Born and raised in Alberta, Shelby embarked on a fulfilling career in emergency services with Beaumont Fire Services. This early experience inspired her to pursue advanced training, leading to the achievement of a Primary Care Paramedic certification in 2017. Shelby has 6 years of experience working for AHS (Edmonton Metro), gaining invaluable experience.

In 2021, she advanced her expertise by earning an Advanced Care Paramedic designation from NAIT. This new qualification paved the way for a role with Leduc Fire Services, where Shelby continues to work and serve the community. Shortly after, in 2023, Shelby joined the ACAA team, where she works as a casual Flight Paramedic.

Outside of work, Shelby enjoys spending time with friends, exploring new adventures, and traveling to new destinations. Passionate about both their profession and personal interests.
